Perfect Carnivore Scrambled Eggs

- 4 slices bacon or pre-rendered bacon fat
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 large eggs
- Salt optional
Cook Bacon: Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.
Prepare Eggs and Butter: While bacon is cooking, whisk eggs in a bowl, and measure out your butter.
Melt Butter in Bacon Fat: Lower heat to medium-low. Add butter to the bacon fat and let it melt completely.
Cook the Eggs: Pour eggs into the skillet. Stir gently with a spatula until soft and slightly runny (about 2-4 minutes).
