Carnivore Bacon & Egg Beef Scramble
This high-fat carnivore scramble is made with just four simple ingredients: ground beef, bacon, eggs, and butter. It’s quick, filling, and perfect for anyone following a zero-carb or BBBE-style carnivore diet. Great for breakfast, lunch, or a one-pan dinner.
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt optional
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Chop into pieces and set aside. Leave the bacon grease in the pan.
Add butter to the skillet and let it melt into the bacon fat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
Meanwhile, crack the eggs in a bowl and scramble them well. Add salt, if desired.
Once the beef is cooked, add the eggs and scramble everything together in the pan.
Stir in the chopped bacon, then remove from heat.
Finish with salt to taste and an extra pat of butter on top before serving (if desired).
